Getting started
Install the game, reach Deunghwa and take your first steps as a hunter.
Install the game
RYFT is played only through the RYFT launcher. It installs the right version of Minecraft, Java and the server mods on its own, then connects you directly. You need an official Minecraft Java account (Microsoft sign-in).
- Download the launcher from the home page of this site.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Press Play.
Your arrival
You play a rookie hunter, never rated, hired as a mere helper on a contract from the Bongsu guild. What happens next is for you to discover.
Back in Deunghwa, a quest leads you to the Gakseongcheong, where your power is assessed and you receive your official rank. You then pick your class, and a few quests teach you the basics (the blacksmith, among others) before setting you free.
The five classes
