Gakseongcheong
The Agency of the Awakened, the government body that registers hunters and grants their rank.
The Gakseongcheong (각성청), the Agency of the Awakened, is the government body in charge of hunters.
Its role
- Register the awakened: every recognised hunter is listed in the Agency’s registry.
- Assess their power and grant them an official rank, from E to S.
Every new hunter goes through its assessor.
Ranking up
The official rank does not change on its own. To rank up, you must reach the required level, complete a quest, then go back to the assessor of the Gakseongcheong.
Those who refuse
Some hunters refuse to be registered: they are the Mujeokja, the Unregistered.
