Bongsu guild
The great guild that hands out contracts and "lights the beacons" when a gate opens.
The Bongsu guild (봉수) is the great hunters’ guild of the peninsula. Its name comes from the alarm beacons once lit on top of watchtowers.
Lighting the beacons
When a gate opens, Bongsu “lights the beacons”: it posts a contract on its board, and hunters set out.
The crystal trade
Bongsu buys the mana crystals that hunters bring back from gates, and pays for them in Nyang.
