Answers to the questions we are asked most often.
Do I need a Minecraft account?
Yes: an official Minecraft Java account, signed in with Microsoft in the RYFT launcher.
Can I join the server without the launcher?
No. The launcher installs and checks the game files, and the server refuses players who do not go through it.
Can I play alone?
Yes. Every gate offers “Enter alone”, which opens a dungeon just for you. Playing in a party is still advised for hard gates.
Is there player versus player combat?
Not for now. Province wars between guilds are planned for later.
Can two players from the same home play at the same time?
Two accounts cannot be online at the same time from the same internet address, unless the team allows it. Ask on the Discord.
What does the shop sell?
Cosmetics only. Nothing gives an in-game advantage: no currency, no equipment, no power.
I found a bug, what should I do?
Report it on the RYFT Discord, with what you were doing and, if possible, a screenshot.
