Hwangcheontap (황천탑), the Tower of the Underworld, stands on an island off the peninsula. Hwangcheon is the realm of the dead: the tower seems to rise from the underworld to pierce the sky.
A hundred floors
The tower has 100 floors. The first 50 are open; the others will open later. A checkpoint waits every 10 floors: you do not start over from scratch on each attempt.
It can be climbed solo or in a party.
The key
Nobody enters Hwangcheontap without its key, and it cannot be bought. Only hunters deemed worthy receive it. What it takes, nobody says.
